From Surviving to Sovereign
Meet the woman behind the work.
This is more than a bio-
it's a lived initiation.
A reclamation. A reverent beginning.
I’m Dr. Andrea Arlington—a woman who has walked through fire and turned it into gold. For over a decade, I’ve helped families find each other again after addiction, betrayal, and heartbreak. And now, I also guide accomplished women—women who’ve held it all together, in silence—back home to themselves.
My work weaves together the personal and the professional: case management and consciousness studies, sacred listening and strategic repair. Whether you’re navigating your loved one’s chaos or your own quiet ache, this space is for your return. To softness. To sovereignty. To the version of you no crisis can touch.
From Pain to Purpose
I didn't choose this path.
It broke me open
Grief was my entry point.
Shame was my shadow. But purpose...
purpose the hand I chose to take.

Ben,
whose loss
ignited my
healing journey
At 21 I lost
my brother Ben
to addiction.
At 21, I lost my brother Ben to addiction. That moment left a crack in the fabric of my being—
a before and after I could never reverse.
Years later, I watched my daughters spiral through the same abyss.

The private collapse of our family was broadcast to the world. “Pretty Wild” was never just a TV show. It was our real life—raw, exposed, misunderstood.

She learned to be beautiful before she ever learned to be loved.
This was the beginning of the performance—
one I would one day lay down
to become the woman I was always meant to be.
