For more than a decade, I’ve supported women, families, leaders, and teams who’ve been carrying far more internally than anyone can see.
My work is shaped by a chapter of my life when my family and I were unexpectedly thrust into national and international media attention — including a reality series and a major studio film inspired by that period. Living inside that level of visibility and pressure demanded an internal steadiness I didn’t yet have.
That experience became the catalyst for the mastery I now teach.
Over the years that followed, I immersed myself in NeuroSomatic™ training, cranial-nerve–based regulation, and the science of internal pacing.
What began as personal necessity became the foundation of my professional work: understanding how internal intensity shapes decision-making, communication, leadership, and wellbeing.
Today, I translate complex physiology into simple, practical tools that help people feel more room, more clarity, and more steadiness in their internal world — especially in environments where the pace is high and the stakes are real.
